Information about used items
- The new EU law provides for a one-year guarantee/warranty for used goods. The consequences of this provision, however, often bear no reasonable relation to the purchase price achieved.
- The item marked "used" is sold on commission or privately, which means that by placing a bid you expressly waive the guarantee/warranty/return to which you are legally entitled for used goods.
