The company PC- und Netzwerkdienst Apitz, also known as STC45, and the customer mutually undertake to keep all business and trade secrets of the other party secret for an unlimited period of time and not to pass them on to third parties or to use them in any way. The documents, drawings and other information that the other contractual partner receives as a result of the business relationship may only be used by the other contractual partner within the scope of the respective contractual purpose. The parties are obliged to mark all confidential data with the note "Confidential".

Data protection
The company PC- und Netzwerkdienst Apitz, also known as STC45, may collect, process and use the customer's inventory data, billing data and usage data - insofar as necessary for the purposes of fulfilling this contract - even without the customer's express consent.

In accordance with data protection, your data will only be stored by us for internal company purposes for processing your purchase and for verification purposes. If you do not want your data to be stored electronically, please let us know. Of course, we will provide you with information about the data stored about you at any time. Your data will not be used for further advertising measures unless expressly requested!
